What is our rain policy?
We don't close if it rains. We are connected to the Thor Guard system that warns us with a loud siren when lightening is too close to us. When that happens it's considered an emergency and everyone has to leave the park immediately no acceptations. If you have been in the park less than 2 hours You may redeem a Rain Check at the front box office with your entry receipt on that same day you visit. A Rain Check will allow the same number of people on receipt to come back within 30 days and get in free. You must bring your rain check and give to us to redeem it.6
Can we bring in a cooler, food or water?
NO cooler, cooler bags or outside food is allowed in the park. You may bring water. ABSOLUTELY NO Celebration CAKES are allowed in park. We have a variety of food trucks in our parking lot available for food and you can get a wrist band at the exit For easier entry back into the park. Our vendors, the food trucks, food can be brought into the park.7
Can we bring in life vests for the children or do you supply them?
Only Coast Guard approved lifejackets are permitted. If you need one we do offer lifejackets free to use and you can find them at the First Aide station. No other floatation devices allowed in pools.8

Do you have lifts for the handicapped to access the pools?
Yes. We have lifts into the lap/dive pool, family pool, Pirate Cove, and the lazy river.10
Sun-n-Fun does NOT hold birthday parties in the park. Absolutely no cakes, no outside food, no balloons, no streamers or any part of a birthday party.
An Alternative option for you is:Rent a pavilion at the Can-u-Dig-It playground right next to us.

You may bring a cake and celebrate at Can-U- Dig- It Playground.
If you have 20 plus people for party you can come to Sun-n-Fun and buy tickets as a group rate. This would mean 1 person comes to window, with 1 payment and purchases all the tickets at 1 time.

Are the pools heated? What is the temperature?
Pools are heated/chilled EXCEPT the Tadpole pool and they are usually kept between 80-84 degrees.

Do you have a discount for residents, seniors?
Collier County residents price $13.00 plus tax ($2 discount from regular price), Seniors (those over 60 yrs) are $9.00 plus tax.13
Can I get a yearly pool pass and what are the costs and requirements? Can I use it at special events?
There is a seasonal family pass for Collier County Residents - $195. Non-Resident Family $232 ( Family defined as any 2 adults living in same house with same address on drivers license and any 4 children).Individual seasonal pass for those measuring under 48 inches $85, over 48 inches tall $115, and Seniors over 60 years old $85.
Passes are not valid at any special events.

Do you have group rates?
Groups of 20 plus can get a group rate per person of $8 (plus tax) Over 48 inches tall and $4.50 (plus tax) Under 48 inches tall. The Group rate tickets must be purchased by 1 person, 1 payment at 1 time. No extra tickets can be purchased later in the day at group rate.15
Can a group rent the pool for a function? What would be the cost?
Yes. $3000 for two hours minimum $1000 each additional hour.16
What is your dress code? Can I wear shorts & a tee shirt, water shoes?
Bathing suits must be worn, t-shirt or gym shorts may be worn over a bathing suit. Denim or cut-offs are not permitted. Clothing with buttons, zippers, snaps, etc. may prevent access to certain attractions (i.e. slides).17
Do I have to pay if I am just watching the kids & not going in the water?
Yes it is considered an entrance fee.18
Do you have lounges and chairs and can I bring my own?
We have many lounges and chairs available for you in the park. You are not permitted to bring in chairs.19
How many slides do you have? How high are they?
We have 4 body slides and a tube slide. The slides are 4 stories high.20
Can an adult and a child slide down together?
No. All of our slides are single riders for those over 48 inches tall.21
Do you have umbrellas for shade?
We do have several funbrellas on deck that block the sun but we recommend you take precautions to protect yourself from sun damage through the use of sunscreens, sun protection clothing and sunglasses.22
Do you have lockers and what is the cost?
Not currently.23
Do you have changing rooms with showers?
Yes.24
At what age can I drop off my child without supervision?
Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 18. Children over 12 are allowed in the park without parental supervision.25
Do you have swimming lessons?
Not currently.26
Do you have exercise classes?
Yes we currently offer Water Walking, Hydro Tone, and Deep Water Hydro Tone. Classes are held Monday thru Saturday mornings.27
Do you have towels or do we bring our own?
No you must supply your own towel and bathing suit.28
Do you have a lost and found? What number do I call?
Our lost and found is in the first aid room in the main building. The number is 252-4072.29
Can we leave and return later the same day?
Yes, just make sure you get a wrist band at the exit door so you have easy access back into the park.30
How deep is the pool?
Diving well max depth is 14 feetPirate Cove is approximately 4 feet deep
Tadpole pool is a zero depth pool
Family Falls is approximately 4 feet deep
Lazy River is approximatelyt 3 feet deep
Slide pool is 4 feet deep

Do you have a lap pool?
Yes we have 2 lanes connected with the diving well, however the lanes are not kept. Clear of regular swimmers and divers. We recommend Golden Gate Community Pool or BCIRP because it has a very good lap pool. With many lanes for those who like to lap swim.32
Do you have diving boards?
Yes. There is a 1 meter board and a 3 meter board.33
Do you have diving lessons?

Is there something for babies to do?
Yes we have a zero depth pool for those under the age of 6 years old.
